PE Spring Term – 2017

Sporting Opportunities

We are one of the top performing schools in Suffolk for sport.  The school is represented by teams in Hockey, Netball, Rounders, Cricket, Football, Rugby and many other sports.  We pride ourselves on our high levels of sportsmanship as well as competitive spirit.

We have many coaches supporting the PE team and are very proud of our past students who have gone on to achieve national success in sport, for example:

Joe Lewis  England U21 footballer

Jaik Mickleburgh England U19 cricketer & professional cricketer for Essex CC

Thomas Barber Member of Great Britain’s Olympics Archery team 2011.

Tim Whiteman GB and England Hockey Player

The PE team live up to the Olympian and Paralympian values which are genuinely an inspiration to each generation.

“When spoken to by inspectors, pupils expressed confidence in members of staff and great satisfaction with their school.”
